Do I have to make an appointment?
NO – if you are bringing your computer to Microtek Systems.
YES – if you want to schedule an on-site technician.

How long does it take to repair my computer?
Our goal is to deliver your equipment within 24 hours. The necessary time can range from a couple of hours to days, depending on the complexity of the problem.
Note: We provide an estimated repair time right after diagnosis.
Do I need to call to inquire about the status of my computer?
You’re welcome to call at any time; however, a representative will contact you to keep you up to date as soon as we have troubleshot your system

How affordable is your pricing?
We don’t have an hourly rate in our retail location. We have a minimal $35 troubleshooting fee that applies towards the repair.
On site services do have an hourly rate. Most of our on site repairs cost about $85, but they do vary depending on complexity of the issue. Whenever and if necessary, we will retrieve your system and bring it to our shop to avoid costly repairs.

Do you work on Macs and PCs?
Yes, we service both. Our technicians are well versed in hardware and software solutions for every type of computer.

Do you sell parts and network hardware?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of computer parts and accessories, as well as Operating Systems
